Arrival & directions
The apartment is very easy to reach both by car and by public transport.
By tram
- From Linz main train station, go down to the tram stop in the basement level.
- Take line 1 (direction “Auwiesen”) or line 2 (direction “solarCity”).
- Get off after 4 stops at “Turmstraße”.
- Stay in the same direction of travel and walk for about 70 meters until you reach Wiener Straße 172 on the right‑hand side.
By car
- Destination for the navigation system: Wiener Straße 172, 4020 Linz
- Guest parking spaces are located in the courtyard at the back of the building.
- Reserved guest parking spaces: 01–02.
- If these are occupied, there are free parking options along the side street.
How to get to the courtyard
- At the ZGONC DIY store, turn left from Wiener Straße into Krempelstraße.
- Drive into the side street and follow the road until you reach house number 172 (residential building with visible balconies).
Navigation tip
- In your navigation system, you can also first enter “Krempelstraße (near ZGONC), 4020 Linz” and from there follow the side street to Wiener Straße 172.
Entrance & access
- The main entrance is on the street side on Wiener Straße.
- Access to the building is via a door code that you will receive in our digital welcome guide after booking.
- Access to the apartment is also fully contactless via an individual access code, which will be sent to you after the booking is confirmed.
