About this accommodation

Brand-new, modernly furnished apartment in the heart of Linz with direct tram access, parking, self-check-in, and complete amenities for business and leisure travelers.

The apartment has been thought through down to the last detail: A comfortable double bed and a sofa bed accommodate up to four guests. A baby cot is available upon request. For maximum comfort, we offer a modern kitchen with all the basic appliances, Wi-Fi, a TV, a steam iron, a hairdryer, and other extras.

Note: Because of the tram in front of the door, you can occasionally hear the tram passing by. We see this as an advantage of the perfect connection.

The surroundings are urban and vibrant, while inside you enjoy modern living comforts. The exterior of the new building is still in the final construction phase (scaffolding is in place). The quality of the apartment itself is unaffected. As a small concession, we are currently offering an attractive entry-level price.
